Went through my camera today... found some crawfish

Well thats my best friend but on to the crawfish...

SINCE EVERYONE from outta state keeps asking me how to make them at home i will tell you...

STEP 1:Go buy some LIVE crawfish. They look really nasty, they are a brown and a little see through. I got mine from H-E-B I got 3 pounds for 7 bucks :) during summer they are even cheaper

STEP 2: Purge them, put them in water and add salt. This makes them throw up or poop, I dono but it gets the junk out so when you eat them you don't eat sand and what ever else they are eating. Do this a couple times till the water runs clear-ish

STEP 3: BOIL WATER- with lemons, crab/seafood seasoning, corn on the cob or whatever veggies you wanna add. Today i just did crawfish, lemon, sausage and seasoning

*

STEP 5: ADD Crawfish and bring back to a boil. As they cook they turn red. Turn off the heat after 5 mins , Let them for 15 mins simmer, go bake some garlic bread and get a beer or two :) in my case juice....
THEN EATTTTT

THIS is not all 3 pounds- this is less than 1lb. I let the rest sit in the pot for a bit while i ate these.

THEN I FOUND THIS!
Ok this is an average size crawfish

this is a freakin LOBSTER lol look at how enormous this one is
